From the very beginning, booking and coordinating with our wedding videographers was simple and stress-free. They were incredibly prompt on the big day and kept everything moving smoothly without us ever feeling rushed. Their friendly, upbeat attitude made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.
Because they knew the layout of Stambaugh so well, they anticipated shots and transitions perfectly.
That familiarity with the venue helped everything flow naturally throughout the day. They captured so many meaningful moments, both big and small, that we still cherish.
Our wedding was documented beautifully and authentically.
Even now, six years later, we find ourselves watching the footage on a regular basis. The video instantly brings us back to how that day felt. These guys truly helped us forever capture our wedding, and we can’t recommend them enough.
Toast did an amazing job making sure they captured what we wanted on our special day. Their turn around rate was efficient and got our edits to us even faster. We loved working with our videographer as well. It was like he was there but wasn't and really listened to our survey that we filled out beforehand. Fast response time as well from customer service & our lead point of contact. Definitely would recommend! 10/10!

Toast Weddings Wisconsin is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Green Bay, Appleton and surrounding regions in northern Wisconsin.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.
